I parked in the wrong location; can I change the session I purchased?

Once a parking session starts, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you park in the wrong location and need to move your car, you can ZoneHop, which means transferring the remaining time of a session until it expires to another ParkChicago zone with the same or lower hourly rate.

The transfer applies only to similar parking types (on-street to on-street, parking lot to parking lot, commercial zone to commercial zone).

Always check the new zone's rate and follow any posted restrictions or signs in the area.
