I have time left on my session; can I get a credit?

Once a parking session starts, it cannot be changed or canceled. ParkChicago does not offer refunds for unused time.

ZoneHop: If you don't use all your time in one zone, you can transfer the remaining time until expiration to another ParkChicago zone with the same or lower hourly rate.

Transfer Applies to Same Type of Spot: On-street parking can only transfer to another on-street meter, parking lot sessions to another parking lot meter, and commercial loading zone sessions to another commercial loading zone meter.

Follow Signage: Always obey all zone signage displaying restrictions, including posted signs from the City of Chicago.
